Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

  • Cancellations are allowed to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment(s). If client then cancels within 48 hours of appointment(s), or does not show to a scheduled appointment, under stylist discretion, a cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file for the full amount of the service cancelled. Client will not be able to book future appointments until cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. Client will have 24 hours prior to missed appointment to pay cancellation/no-show fee. If client does not pay fee within 24 hours of the missed appointment, all future appointments will be cancelled. Client will only be able to book future appointments once fee is paid. All cancellations and/or no shows within 48 hours of appointment, at stylist discretion, may result in all future appointments cancelled and services no longer rendered to client under the reasoning; client is considered a nuisance to business. Guest Policy

  • Children that are not being serviced are not allowed in the salon at anytime. This policy is for insurance purposes as well as for the comfort of each customer. Guest that are not being serviced may not wait in the salon without proper notification from the stylist and/or owner. If you arrive with guest and/or children, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of the service booked. If you have any questions concerning the Guest Policy, please call the salon for support and/or assistance.
