Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

  • Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours or if there is a no-show, a fee equal to the full service amount will be charged to the card on file at the stylist's discretion. The cancellation/no-show fee must be paid within 24 hours of the missed appointment to avoid the cancellation of all future bookings. Appointments can be rescheduled once the fee is paid. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to the cancellation of all future appointments and the discontinuation of services at the stylist's discretion. Guest Policy

  • Children that are not being serviced are not allowed in the salon at anytime. This policy is for insurance purposes as well as for the comfort of each customer. Guest that are not being serviced may not wait in the salon without proper notification from the stylist and/or owner. If you arrive with guest and/or children, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of the service booked.
